2-) Dist & Mid

 

8 x [200 alternate 1 x pull 1 x w/ fins

100 swim]

 

Sprint

 

40 x 50 [8 x kick fast! 30s rest

8 x pull free 10s rest

8 x w/ fins IMO or BS

8 x Best average free

8 x IMO]
