Our Club – NYMAC – offers two fantastic additional / independent sessions. They will be held Saturdays from 9-10am and 10-11am. The session gear to individual needs. There will be a maximum of 3 swimmer per lane – which gives the coach the great opportunity to observe and help you in a great way.
The session will run for 12 weeks starting January 5th to March 23rd 2013. The fee is $95.

You do not need to be a club member to take advantage of this great offer – however you need to be an MSO (Master Swimming Ontario $35) member. We will look after registering you for MSO. (once you are an MSO member – you may participate in meets as well).
The sessions will be coached by Sabrina Ng;
Sabrina started coaching back in 2002 . Sabrina has trained many swimmers from pre-competitive to high-performance levels during her tenure in NYAC. She focuses on training not just the body, but the mind of a true competitor. Her knowledge and expertise in stroke efficiency has helped many swimmers in winning regional, provincial and national competitions. She has also been awarded the 2009-2010 CSCTA Speedo Domestic Coaching Excellence Award for having a swimmer winning at the National Championships.
This year Sabrina has been focusing on mentoring our Intro and Pre-competitive coaches in Waves. Not only does she runs workshops for these coaches to get the basics in NYAC coaching philosophy, but also the fundamentals in teaching the best techniques in swimming. Sabrina has also been working Swim Canada as their Regional NCCP Learning Facilitator in coaches certification for the last 3 years. She has helped in educating many of the Ontario coaches in attaining their Fundamentals 101 certification through Swim Ontario.
As a swimmer, Sabrina has competed since she was 6. Her latest accomplishment was finishing first in both the 50m and 100m Breaststroke at the World Master Games in Edmonton. She has a vast background in different training tactics and race strategies that can benefit swimmers at any level.
