Happy Groundhog Day!
Finding it tough to get off the couch in the evening or out of that warm cozy bed in the mornings? I think we all find it tough to attend practices sometimes – especially during winter. Life (and laziness for me!) gets in the way sometimes. But our coaches make it worth your while if you come! Practices are full of choice and deliver on intensity. Most of you already know that a regular exercise program is one of the best mood boosters around. (With excellent side effects as well.)
