How to speed up your recovery after practice or a race? How to keep your muscles flexible? How to prevent injury?

Get a Massage.

Date: April 24th, 2016 after our regular Sunday workout.

Location: Upstairs room at Douglas Snow

Fee: Free of charge to all Gators!!

We are thrilled to have Michael Verbovsky demonstrate his skills, knowledge and expertise to us.

Michael is an experienced registered Massage Therapist and offers his advice and a 10-minute massage to you. His specialties include: deep tissue massage, sports massage, chronic pain management, manual lymph drainage, myofascial release therapy and active release techniques (ART).

Michael has helped many top level athletes as well as the recreational athletes.

Should you not be swimming Sundays, please join us anyways. We will take our coffee-after-practice-event to the room at Douglas Snow, listen to Michael, enjoy a massage and have our usual chats. Click the link below for more info on Michael.
