Membership update: 70 members 87.5% full
- early group 35 no vacancies

Deficit now projected at $1,900 but this will be reduced as a consequence of pool closures.
All going well. Coach Forsey reports a good amount of feedback being received.
The issue of swimming with TOMS or Gators at Worlds seems to be properly understood by swimmers.
A prorated refund to an injured swimmers unable to swim for the rest of season was approved.
It was noted that info re AGM needs sent out 3 weeks prior and that a 30% quorum is required.
The provisional date of June 29 will be changed to June 22 to avoid conflict with holiday weekend.
A budget will be prepared for the swimming year in order to establish annual fees.
AGM agenda to be prepared by LA.
Douglas Snow will be closed for all of June.TDSB pools will close for 2 weeks in June. IS to source replacement pools Thornlea and Flemingdon will be looked at.
Vice President’s Report
A number of orders have been received but still a little short of the 25 needed to get a slightly lower price.Team shirts will be Gildan products which are of high quality. EG has arranged complimentary shirts for coaches. Font and logo will remain true to the design created by the late Jack Galvin our long time president.
This order is still in progress and will be soon finalized.
The ordering of the new Meet Manager software is pending and will be finalized once cost of program and update is obtained.
Swimmers’ Liaison Report
Saturday swims have not commenced due to closures. The upcoming session will be 8 weeks. We have only 13 sign ups at this time.
Sabrina has indicated that she might be available in the new season.
It has been reported that Sabrina’s presence was missed.
The first session with the sports psychologist took place today. It was well attended and got good response.
A discussion took place on the possibility of going to a four swims per week program next season. IS to establish costs. The discussion of coaching for additional session was deferred to a future meeting as was the discussion of whether a fourth swim would be part of the basic membership, an optional add on, or a separate session as currently operated.
A hard copy of by laws will be produced.
Bike day will be June 18 with a rain date of June 15.
Cottage day will possibly be last Sunday in August but Sarah G will advise on this.
Next meeting tentatively set for April 27 at 10.30 , this to be finalized after consultation
Meeting closed at 11.30am.
