Do you remember that day when coach Stephen announced that he would like to see the other sports activities we do? He invited us all to take him along to your yoga session – kick boxing – running – biking…..
Well Friday Coach Stephen came along to participate in Martina’s weight lifting session. They started with a 15 minute warm-up bike ride, did weights, lunges; Stephen was interlaced to the Jacob’s ladder and did some stretching.
Martina says, “I took away a very good idea: whenever I work on one muscle I shall also do an excuse for the opposite muscle. For an example – if I do an exercise for the triceps I shall follow with a biceps exercise”.
Stephen got an idea that we athletes support swimming with other activities as well.
