2-) 12 x 25 (4 x fly w/ fins 4 x back no fins 4 x breast no fins) 10s rest

3-) 4 x (75 pull free hand acc drill              50 easy              25 fast! Choice)

4-) 2 or 4 x [300 w/ fins (100 kick 100 pull 100 drill).

4 x 50 best average! Choice @1:00] 5-) 1 or 2 x 400 (100 fast kick! 100 easy swim)
