4-) 2 x [ 2 x 200 free w/ fins neg split using kick

4 x 50 kick all out 30s rest

3 x 150 pull breathing 3-5,3-7,3-9

4 x 50 kick fast! 30s rest] 5-)

200 pull-swim

100 choice all out for time

200 easy

100 same stroke match time
