2-) 8 x 50 (1 x 25 br w/ fly kick 25 swim br

1 x 25 1- arm fly 25 fly) 10 x 50 pull hand acceleration drill

3-) 4 x            (50 <40 stks 15 s rest

100 <40 stks per 50 20s rest

150 (20 stks work on stroke length rest of the way accelerate) 1min rest

200 w/ fins go best time 1 min rest)

4-) 800 (50 dr – 50 swim) mixer warm down
