#3 150 kick – 150 pull – 150 breathing every 3-5-7]

2-) 8 x 25 backstroke all out 20 yards! @:45

3-) 4 x 100 kick (50 free 50 breast fast!) 20 s rest

4-) 8 x 25 breast w/ fly kick w/ fins @:45

5-) 6 x 50 breast alternating: (1x 3s glide

1 x 2s glide

1 x 1s glide)

5-) 800 w/fins 4th 25 fast!

600 pull breathe 3-5

400 w/ fins 3rd 25 fast!

200 pull breathe 3-5
